An independent Ethics Committee consisting of eminent doctors, educationists, social workers and  public-service experienced advocates and legal advisors supports SITEC.

The advisory board consists of eminent scientists and doctors like Dr.Carey Bowker, who have been associated with international regulatory bodies. Other eminent advisory board members include Mr.Chandru Shahani (CEO Klenzaids), Mr. Ajit Singh (CEO Associated Capsules), Dr. Venkateswarlu (The Drugs Controller of India), Mr. Subodh Priolkar (President IPA)
